I am the only nutrition student employed by the Marketing Department of Campus Dining. Therefore, I was solely responsible for recipe analysis and consumer information development at each of nearly a dozen campus dining locations. I pursued additional responsibilities such as development of the Campus Dining nutrition page to include a blog, Q&A, and user-friendly nutrition information embedded right into the site.
